Mr. Frazier had recently been on a pan-continental journey of somewhat mysterious purposes. After his recent appearance at Katsucon 3, he returned briefly to Japan. However, some unknown event caused him to leave the country in a rather large hurry. Current whereabouts are unknown, but he has been spotted in Glendale, California; Las Vegas, Nevada; and is rumored to be hiding out in a mountain chalet in Colorado. In a recent telephone conversation with the Editor in Chief, he promised that he would return "Once the heat died down a bit and the papers stopped hounding him."
Some sources close to EX say that Mr. Frazier may possibly have entered the Witness Relocation Program and may be under investigation in Japan for Industrial Espionage — plans for the manufacturing of anime cel paint were found in his office desk, as was a spy camera, story boards for EVANGELION: REBIRTH 2, a HELLO KITTY sticker, and a MODOK action figure.
