Gasaraki Mission Director Card Game

Clow Cards

FFVIII Action Figures

Charles McCarter: COWBOY BEBOP trading cards. While I'm not normally one for cards, the Bebop ones are great. Lots of great pictures of Ein! Forget pocket monsters, illegal data dogs are the wave of the future!

Michael Poirer: GASARAKI "Mission Director" card game. Does anybody else out there play games that don't require an electrical outlet? From what I've seen from the Internet and promotional flyers, this game lets you pit squads of GASARAKI's ominous mechas against each other with various cards denoting different movements and tactics. It also comes with a panoply of nifty counters and plastic widgits to keep track of hit points and tactical ordinance. I'll be asking Santa to inspire Wizards of the Coast (those marketing geniuses/fiends who brought us MAGIC: THE GATHERING and the POKÉMON card games) to bring this game over.

Tom Larsen: The Clow Cards from CARD CAPTOR SAKURA. I usually don't get into the merchandising in any show (beyond some soundtracks on CDs) but this was an amazing thing that I think I must find! It looks very authentic because it is a book that holds the cards. Unfortunately I maybe too late! Waaah!
Also, a Jigglypuff 1:1 Plushy. Everyone knows that the real hero of POKÉMON is Jigglypuff! Besides, I think Jigglypuff would go great next to Mokona.

Mark Johnson: More SAKURA TAISEN (SAKURA WARS) figures. I have never been one to collect models (and there is no way I would take the time to paint one), but these cheap plastic models are of surprisingly high quality (for $15) and I would love to get the rest of them. Either that or a Pikachu talking calculator, as I need something sickeningly sweet to scare coworkers with.

Eugene Moon: METAL GEAR SOLID action figures. Now you, too, can make sorry jokes about "Hal" and "Dave" in the comfort of your own home.

Keith Rhee: FINAL FANTASY VIII action figures. Squall swings a mean gunblade. Rinoa is a babe. And Moomba is cute!

Maria Rider: I second the FFVIII figures. These nicely done action figures from Bandai are great for FINAL FANTASY buffs.

Rika Takahashi: I wish that someone would get me a talking Kero-chan doll that can keep my Gokigen Mokona (yes, that puuing Mokona doll) happy... or maybe the Totoro Dondoko-odori that hops about for about 5 seconds when it registers a sound on its sound sensor.
